I haven't posted for a while because I have been busy working on the above quilt. I am pretty pig - headed about finishing projects since I started quilting again, especially because this one was started nearly a decade ago! I am eager to get it done so I can move on to the hexagon project and a million others I have ideas for.
Right now I am doing one of my favourite parts, the actual quilting. I am quilting 'in the ditch', which means following the seams. The callico bordering is growing on me, though at first I didn't love it - if anything it feels incredibly soft for a cotton so I plan to use it for the hexagon project.
