I bit the bullet last night and opened my Etsy shop! There is one item in there at the moment, but more will be coming very soon!!!

I am excite but also a bit nervous, it's all quite new and I hope it goes well.

Where Have You Been All My Life?

It is amazing the stuff you find when you get carried away into the Internet labrynth. Sometimes you discover a little item you feel was made just for you. This is the case with Buttonpom. They use contemporary prints to make wallets and purses and various other things. In particular I like the wallets pictured above, I am enjoying anything with little birds that don't look too chintzy.

I also found the wonderful Saffron Craig fabric site full of fantastical and original fabric, their prices are not very high considering their fabric is hand dyed and they ship all over. They also do quilt kits. So, for those of you who thought quilting was mumsy and old fashioned, behold in wonder and awe...

These elephants are so great.
